CONJOI™ — Terms of Use & Policies

These Terms of Use & Policies (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the CONJOI mobile application, website and related digital services (“Platform”). CONJOI is intended to connect students, job seekers, professionals, employers, companies, mentors, Government of India, state government, PSU, Bank, etc. departments and educational/professional communities for employment, career development, internships, networking and related opportunities. The Platform is operated by Shri Balaji Infomedia & Events, or such successor/operating entity as may be specified by CONJOI (“CONJOI”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing, registering for or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and applicable policies. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

• You must meet the minimum age 18+ and other eligibility requirements applicable to the service and your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with applicable law.

• Registration may use mobile number, email, OTP or other authentication methods FREE of cost.
• You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure.
• Do not create misleading duplicate accounts or impersonate another person.
• CONJOI may request verification information for safety, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
• CONJOI also requires your active WhatsApp number to communicate further information from time to time.

• Users must provide truthful, current and non-misleading information in profiles, resumes, company pages and job posts.
• Users must have permission to upload photographs, resumes, identity information issued by Government of India or related state government authority and other content belonging to others.

• Users may create profiles, search jobs/internships, professional groups, etc., apply for opportunities and participate in permitted professional networking FREE of cost.
• Users are responsible for evaluating opportunities before sharing documents, attending interviews or accepting employment FREE of cost.

• Employers may create profiles, post vacancies and search/contact candidates in accordance with Platform rules FREE of cost.
• Employers must provide genuine, lawful and sufficiently accurate vacancy information.
• Employment decisions, offers, compensation, workplace conditions and employment contracts remain the responsibility of the employer.
• Govt. of India, State Govt., PSU, Bank also create their own profile and post the vacancies to job seekers with their authorized links.

• CONJOI is a technology/community platform and is not ordinarily the employer or guarantor of third-party jobs or internships.
• Publication of a vacancy, company profile or candidate profile does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by CONJOI.
• CONJOI does not guarantee interviews, selection, salary, employment, internship placement or career outcomes.

• Communication must be respectful and used for legitimate professional, educational or career-related purposes FREE of cost.
• Spam, harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation and abusive conduct are prohibited.
• Mentorship/advice is informational and does not automatically constitute professional, legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice.
• Professionals may create a related skill/profession group and join & invite their friends to keep in touch and discuss improving their skills, learning and placement.

• Educational universities, colleges and institutes may register themselves and create an account FREE of cost and promote their courses and programs with their fee and other details to get admissions online and offline to improve skills.
• Communication must be respectful and used for legitimate professional, educational or career-related purposes only.

• CONJOI may offer profile, identity, face, employer or company verification where available.
• Verification confirms completion of the stated verification process; it is not a guarantee of character, future conduct or employment suitability.
• Forged, altered or unlawfully obtained documents are prohibited.
• Users should report suspicious profiles, jobs, messages or activity.

• CONJOI may use AI/automated systems to recommend jobs, candidates, professionals, mentors, content or connections.
• Recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be treated as assistance, not a guarantee or sole basis for important decisions.

• Users retain rights they lawfully hold in submitted content.
• By submitting content, you grant CONJOI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit and process it as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and improve the Platform.
• You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit content.
• CONJOI may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms, applicable law or safety requirements, without prior notice to the author/user.

• Fake profiles, fake jobs, fraud, scams, impersonation or material misrepresentation.
• Harassment, threats, hate, discriminatory abuse or unlawful conduct.
• Deceptive or prohibited demands for money from candidates for jobs.
• Malware, unauthorized access, scraping or disruption of the Platform.
• Violations of privacy, intellectual property or other legal rights.

• CONJOI will process personal information according to its Privacy Policy and applicable law.
• Information may include registration, profile, resume/CV, photograph, communications, device and service-related information.
• Where identity or face-related verification data is processed, applicable notices and legal requirements will be followed.
• Users should share only information necessary and appropriate for the relevant interaction.

• Users may request account deletion through the available mechanism or support channel.
• Deletion may require verification and reasonable processing time.
• Information may be retained where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, accounting or other legitimate purposes.
• Deleted data will be stored only for up to 30 days, after which it will be permanently removed from storage.

• Services identified as free may be used without a user fee, subject to these Terms.
• If paid services are introduced, applicable prices and payment terms will be shown before purchase.
• Refunds/cancellations will follow the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and mandatory law.

• CONJOI name, logo, software, design, graphics, text and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to CONJOI and protected by applicable law.
• Users may not copy, sell, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit Platform materials except as expressly permitted.

• The Platform may contain links/integrations to third-party websites, payment services, app stores, maps or other services.
• Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies; CONJOI will not be liable for them.

• CONJOI may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where there is a reasonable basis to believe that Terms were violated, fraud/safety risks exist, or law requires action.
• Where appropriate and legally permissible, notice or an appeal opportunity may be provided.

• CONJOI offers all registered users the opportunity to earn more by inviting friends through networking — sharing the referral code by SMS, WhatsApp or email — and to receive Digital Coins when the prescribed members join the CONJOI platform.
• Users may also use their earned Digital Coins towards a paid subscription or service of CONJOI as per the terms and process applicable from time to time.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided subject to availability and without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.
• CONJOI does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, accuracy of every user submission or any employment/business outcome.
• Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, users may be responsible for claims or reasonable costs arising from unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights or misuse of the Platform.

• CONJOI may update these Terms and policies for new features, legal requirements, security measures or business changes.
• Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means where required.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory legal protections.
• Disputes will be subject to competent courts/authorities in accordance with applicable law.
• Subject to applicable law, courts having competent jurisdiction at Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to CONJOI or Shri Balaji Infomedia & Events.

• Users may raise grievances concerning services, content, safety, privacy or other issues through the designated grievance/support channel.
• CONJOI will process grievances according to applicable law and its stated mechanism.

This document is a 1st edition for CONJOI and must be reviewed and updated from time to time as legally required after its public launch.
